Service Agreement

This agreement is entered into by you (“Client”) and DavidKLeads(“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accepting these terms, you agree to the terms outlined on this page.

Our Dedication To Visibility of your business

We will work to best optimize your Google Business Profile with the goal of helping you achieve a placement in the top 3 under businesses for you target location and your primary keyword within 90 days on google.

Services Included

Our services may include, but are not limited to:

A full audit and optimization of your Google Business Profile
Search engine optimization (SEO)

Website Creation
Competitor research and local market positioning
Bi-Weekly updates on rankings and campaign progress
Continuous optimization, support, and adjustments throughout the 90-day period

Client Responsibilities
To be able to deliver on our service, you agree to provide access to your Google Business Profile and website. We will inform you before making any significant changes. After an invoice is paid, we will provide clear instructions on how to securely grant access.

Goal Achievement Guarantee
If the agreed-upon ranking goal (top 3 or first page, depending on your package) is not reached within 90 days, billing will be paused until the objective is achieved. Once results are met, billing will resume in the following cycle.

One Business Type Per Area during Partnership
During the length of this partnership, we will not provide similar services to other businesses within your niche in the same target area.

Payment
An invoice will be sent within 24 hours of receiving signed contract

Within 48 hours of receiving payment, we will send you an onboarding email with the next steps. After onboarding form is complete and we have access to your google my business profile and website(depending on service,) the 90-day service period will begin.
